Harvest Gin is ever evolving, not limited by season but made in small batches when the time is right. With no two batches alike, each batch is a unique representation of the flavours that North East Victoria provides.

Harvest Gin Batch HG04 (42% abv) Mount Wombat Juniper from the Strathbogies vapour infused into our classic barley and triticale spirit together with a selection of leaves from the magnificent Blakley's RedGum, right outside the stillhouse, bottlebrush, wattle, lemon scented gum, pink peppercorn, lemon, aniseed and cinnamon myrtles. Finally we added a few mulberries, sloes and aronia berries from the garden to create a unique 100% Australian grown Spring Pink Harvest Gin!
